We now offer the latest LCD replacements for many older CRT monitors used on Mazak machines. Our LCD monitors are mounted on a rugged industrial frame that is designed to mount directly up to existing machines and connects without the need for any special modifications.

John Hart has a factory supported electronic repair facility where we repair a range of spindle controllers, servo units, power supplies and screens.

We use original parts and follow factory quality procedures all supported by a 3 month warranty.

Our warranty return rate is extremely low and our highly skilled engineers take the upmost care to ensure that all repaired units are sent back to the field ready for long service.

We take the opportunity to change components that we know have a finite life even if they are not the direct subject of repair.

We have operated our repair facility at John Hart for over 10 years, providing customers with an experienced and dedicated team, and with support from Mitsubishi, we hope to continue this service for the foreseeable future.

John Hart has a good stock of coolant pumps to suit a wide range of Mazak machines and where it is not possible to supply the original pump, an equivalent output pump will be supplied as long as the voltage is compatible and the space allocated to the pump will accommodate the new pump which may be bigger or wider.

John Hart can also source a variety of coolant pumps from Mazak or third party suppliers if delivery and or price are more attractive to do it this way.

When ordering coolant pumps, simply provide the maker, pump model, voltage, watts and pump output capacity and this will allow us to source an equivalent.

These fans are a wearing item and should be checked for sound operation at your next preventative maintenance service.

Like any company that has been in business for a long period of time, we have collected a quantity of parts that are slow moving to the point where the demand is close to zero. Many are for agencies which we no longer support so customers are now buying these parts from the new agent.

Parts that suit Renishaw, Fanuc, Huron, Jones and Shipman, Rank Taylor Hobson and Pear are among the parts we still have in a good serviceable condition and are willing to sell at a negotiable price.
